You will operate state-of-the-art printing presses to deliver high-quality printing and finishing services for film, paper, and specialty materials. Working alongside 160 employee-owners in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while serving essential markets including food, consumer goods, industrial, and healthcare.

Translate written and computer-generated layout specification into the requirements for mounting plates

Ability to prepare plates to be mounted

Clean plates if necessary

Minor repairs if needed
