The Role:

Prep Help will report to the Site Superindentendent. Duties will include but are not limited to doing minor repairs as identified by the Site Superintendent in each home to prepare the home for closing. Some of the duties are caulking, drywall patching, minor painting, minor finishing carpentry/construction duties and more.
