We are looking for an experienced Reception & Sales Consultant with a background in the fitness industry to join our team. The role involves delivering exceptional member experience, managing enquiries, booking trial classes, converting leads into memberships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional member experience from the moment members walk through the door
- Welcome and check in members while maintaining a professional and friendly reception area
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
- Book and manage trial classes
- Follow up with leads and convert trials into memberships
- Guide prospective members in choosing the membership option that best suits their goals
- Build strong relationships with members to maximise retention
- Process memberships, payments, freezes, cancellations, and retail sales
- Maintain accurate CRM records and keep the lead tracker updated
- Work closely with the coaching team to ensure an outstanding member journey
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales and studio KPIs
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fitness studio or gym is essential
- Experience in reception, membership sales, or customer service
- Confident in selling memberships and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Comfortable using CRM and booking systems (Hapana experience is an advantage)
- Passion for health, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer service
