Premium Bartender
$17/hr
Beaver Street Food Co. is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and are available during OSU home football games. In this role, you’ll play a key part in serving guests as a Premium Bartender ensuring a seamless club experience. Plus, there's potential for additional shifts at special catering events and extra hours offered for pre-game stocking, organizing, and setup.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Set up, stock, open, maintain, and close your assigned spaces and/or stations.
Engage directly with patrons, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized bar area.
Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers.
Collaborate with fellow team members to provide excellent dining experience.
Serve alcohol responsibly, following all OLCC and Location guidelines.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Food Handler card (or ability to obtain one).
- OLCC Permit (or ability to obtain one).
- 1+ year of bartending experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Commitment to working at home games and athletic events, including evenings, weekends and varying start times as needed. Additional availability for weekday setup shifts.
