Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up lounge area for opening and closing

- Bartending (no tips)

- Maintain coffee, snacks, and beverages
- Prepare hot meals, cold meals, and cold cut trays
- Clean tables, bar, and service areas
- Wash and dry dishes and glasses
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, extended hours

Job Summary
- An Agent Premium Club performs duties and activities within First Class and Business Class lounges during the entire shift.
- Attend and cater to all passengers within the assigned work area.
- Offer efficient and professional customer service and resolve passenger problems as required.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and set up of lounge area for opening and closing.
- Directing passengers to airline representative if needed for further assistance.
- Bartending (No Tips)
- Stocking and replenishing supplies and newspapers, etc.
- Maintaining coffee, snacks and beverages.
- Preparing hot meals in oven, cold meals and cold cut trays, etc.
- Maximum cleaning, i.e., cleaning tables, bar, and service areas, etc.
- Washing and drying dishes and glasses.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Must have ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
- Flexibility to work weekends (i.e., Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), holidays, rotating shifts, extended hours due to delays or shortage in manpower and days off.
Preferred Skills
- Previous food handling experience.
- Reports to work on a regular and timely basis.
- Demonstrates qualities of leadership, initiative, and judgment.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Professional appearance required in accordance with company uniform and grooming standards.
