Role overview
Join the Time Critical Division as a Premium Airfreight Coordinator.
Manage urgent Next Flight Out shipments where speed, accuracy, and communication are essential.
The role suits candidates with airfreight and logistics experience who can work under operational pressure.
Responsibilities
- Support the global expansion of the Time-Critical Airfreight department.
- Coordinate premium airfreight shipments from origin to destination, including same-day and next-flight-out services.
- Book and execute daily NFO shipments from enquiry through completion.
- Liaise with airlines, handling agents, trucking providers, and other service providers.
- Work with operations colleagues to deliver high-quality service under tight deadlines.
- Act as a customer and business development contact and provide timely shipment updates.
- Attend trade fairs and events to represent the company and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
- UK-based freight forwarding experience in air freight import and export operations is essential.
- Knowledge of air cargo operations and airline booking processes is required.
- Experience coordinating with airlines, ground handlers, and trucking providers is required.
