About the Role
The Premier Service Manager is part of the Premier relationship team and supports Premier Wealth Relationship Managers.
The role provides client service, relationship support, and operational assistance to improve client experience and portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Premier Wealth Relationship Managers with business-as-usual activity management and Wealth KPI achievement.
- Support client satisfaction, sales quality, acquisition, recurring income, and total client relationship growth.
- Act as a client point of contact and provide coverage when the relationship manager is absent.
- Provide credit or lending support when dictated by market requirements.
- Build ongoing relationships with clients based on value and service.
- Deliver high-quality service using knowledge of wealth and Premier banking products and services.
