About the Role
Saudi Pipe System is hiring a Preinsulated Pipe Production Manager for their Jeddah facility. The role oversees end-to-end manufacturing of preinsulated pipes, including planning, scheduling, resource management, quality control, and coordination with procurement and logistics teams.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the end to end manufacturing process of preinsulated pipes
- Plan and schedule production, manage resources, and ensure output meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to secure materials and maintain inventory levels
- Supervise production staff, monitor equipment performance, and troubleshoot operational issues
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Prepare production reports, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with engineering, QA, and project management teams
Requirements
- Strong production management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with preinsulated pipe or related industrial products, including knowledge of materials, insulation processes, and relevant standards
- Proficiency in quality control and safety management
- Ability to collaborate with procurement, logistics, and project management teams
- Leadership and team management skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with production management software, ERP systems, or digital tools
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field
- Relevant experience in pipe manufacturing, construction materials, or infrastructure related production
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
