Preconstruction Manager - Project Management

Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Architectural or related Required

Master’s Degree Master of Business Administration Preferred

8+ years Project Mgmt / Pre-Construction Svcs Required

5+ years Management experience Required

Proven track record in project management methodologies for the construction environment

Skilled at leading and directing a team of direct reports AND able to lead and influence across functions without direct reporting relationships. Creates an environment where the team cultivates their abilities, providing leadership and guidance, and inspiring them to advance business objectives

Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings/architectural drawings/project specifications

Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and create compelling content to engage diverse audiences. Proficient in influencing and persuading, fostering excitement and inspiration

Excellent collaboration and partnership skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors, including relationship management and negotiation proficiency

Knowledge of the construction process, with a strong understanding of key stakeholders across various sectors

Proficient in Microsoft applications, with an expert-level knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Knowledge of commercial suspended metal, wood, and fiberglass ceiling systems

Knowledge of CSI divisions 6, 7, and 9 is preferred.
