Preconstruction Intern

About the Position

Support the Preconstruction department with tasks associated with project pursuits.

• Assist with reviewing proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, etc.
• Support Estimators and Lead Estimators with subcontractor outreach for specific projects.
• Support Estimators and Lead Estimators with quantified takeoffs from project documents.
• Assist with performing site surveys and investigations.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Enrollment in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related college degree program is preferred.

Poettker Construction’s selection process may include a series of interviews and/or a leadership assessment.
