Responsibilities
- Design end to end cybersecurity architectures using full stack of security tools
- Own RFP/RFQ responses and technical presentations to CISOs, IT leadership, and procurement teams
- Embed UAE regulatory requirements (PDPL, NESA, ADHICS, CBUAE) into solutions
- Lead Proof of Concept engagements with clients and vendor partners
- Develop and deliver structured product and solution training for the sales team
- Build and maintain battle cards, objection handling guides, and sales enablement collateral
- Guide technical delivery team on expected deliverable standards and scope documentation
- Mentor junior engineers on solution design and vendor capabilities
Requirements
- 3 5 years in pre sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales within cybersecurity
- Strong RFP track record in the UAE or GCC market
- Certifications: Sophos Partner, Zscaler ZSFE, Microsoft SC 200/AZ 500, Fortinet NSE 4+ preferred

Role Overview
- We're hiring: Pre Sales Engineer – Cybersecurity at Lumora Cyber Solutions in Dubai, UAE (On site). Reports to COO.
- We protect SMBs across retail, insurance, exchanges, schools, healthcare, and service industries in UAE and GCC.
- You will own solution design, lead PoC engagements, train sales team, and guide technical delivery.
What you'll do
- Design end to end cybersecurity architectures using Sophos, Zscaler, BeyondTrust, FortiMail, Vicarius, BluSapphire, and more.
- Own RFP/RFQ responses and technical presentations to CISOs, IT leadership, and procurement teams.
- Embed UAE regulatory requirements (PDPL, NESA, ADHICS, CBUAE) into every solution.
- Lead Proof of Concept engagements with clients and vendor partners.
- Develop and deliver structured product and solution training for the Lumora sales team.
- Build and maintain battle cards, objection handling guides, and sales enablement collateral.
- Guide the technical delivery team on expected deliverable standards and scope documentation post award.
- Mentor junior engineers on solution design and vendor capabilities.
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years in pre sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales within cybersecurity.
