- Respond to all incoming leads within minutes and log in CRM
- Proactively reach out to outgoing/database leads to re engage interest
- Quickly assess budget, location preference, property type, purpose, and timeline
- Pitch value of meeting and lock in confirmed date/time
- Maintain consistent follow up for warm leads
- Brief broker before each meeting with client profile and requirements
- Send confirmations and reminders before scheduled meetings
- Track daily/weekly metrics: leads contacted, qualified, meetings booked, etc.
- Flag which lead sources/campaigns deliver quality leads

- Lead Response & Logging: Respond to all incoming leads within minutes. Log every lead in CRM with source, budget, project interest, and urgency.
- Outbound Outreach: Proactively reach out to outgoing/database leads to re engage interest.
- Qualification: Quickly assess budget, location preference, property type, purpose, and timeline. Filter unserious inquiries.
- Appointment Setting: Pitch value of meeting and lock in confirmed date/time. Own broker's calendar coordination.
- Follow Ups: Maintain consistent follow up for warm leads, sharing brochures and payment plans.
- Meeting Prep & Handoff: Brief broker before each meeting with client profile, requirements, and key talking points.
- Reminders: Send confirmations and reminders before scheduled meetings to minimize no shows.
- Reporting: Track daily/weekly metrics: leads contacted, qualified, meetings booked, held, conversion rate.
- Marketing Feedback: Flag which lead sources/campaigns deliver quality, meeting ready leads.
