Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed cost estimates from technical specifications, RFPs, and project requirements.
- Conduct site surveys when required.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, proposals, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with sales managers and clients to determine the scope of work.
- Evaluate and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
- Prepare detailed bid packages for tender submissions.
- Manage pre-bid and post-bid activities, including PTCs.
- Provide technical support to sales and project management teams.
- Complete estimates in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Proven track record in estimation and costing.
- Proficiency in using estimation tools.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with reputable brands and relevant industry certifications.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
