The Pre-Sales Engineer is a hands-on technical architect in the global Solutions Engineering team.

The role bridges Taurus engineering teams and customer technical teams across IT, systems administration, databases, engineering, and DevOps.

The position is based in the Dubai office and supports customers and partners with technical solutions and implementations.

Deliver deployments, configurations, knowledge transfer, upgrades, maintenance, and deprecation across the product lifecycle.
Lead planning, installation, and integration in physical, virtual, or hybrid IT environments.
Deliver technical customization, integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting in customer environments.
Maintain customer relationships, adoption, retention, satisfaction, and continued product value.
Advocate customer needs, transfer product knowledge, resolve client issues with engineering, and improve customer documentation.
