About the Role
Gutor seeks a Pre-sales Engineer to support the sales team in tendering and proposal exercises for industrial UPS solutions in the MEA region. You will prepare technical and commercial proposals, attend customer meetings, and ensure high-quality submissions.

Responsibilities
- Commercial and technical proposal preparation
- Comprehensive understanding of project specifications and requirements
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals meeting customer requirements and company guidelines
- Ensure high quality of proposal submissions, accurate costing with optimized solutions
- Evaluate offer and pricing with necessary costing analysis
- Attend technical bid clarification meetings and lead technical discussions
- Support customers with sound technical proposals during FEED stage
- Facilitate Quote to Win process
- Support project handover to execution team
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in Tendering, Sales or Engineering / Project Execution
- Fundamental knowledge of Electrical engineering
- Knowledge of UPS solution and battery sizing calculations (added advantage)
- Understanding of multi cultural markets with go to market models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competitive and eager to win attitude
- Resourceful and able to work independently

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Knowledge And Skills – Required
- Bachelor degree from Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Computer literacy is necessary
- 5+ years experience in Tendering, Sales or Engineering / Project Execution
- Fundamental knowledge of Electrical engineering
- Knowledge of UPS solution and battery sizing calculations will be an added advantage
- Understanding of multi cultural markets with go to market models
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure, and confidential environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
