Position Overview
Serve as the technical voice of the sales process for audio-visual and integrated technology solutions.
Provide solution design, demonstrations, proof of concepts, tender support, technical documentation, installation support, troubleshooting, and product training.
Ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, commercially viable, aligned with client requirements, and delivered within agreed timelines.
Responsibilities
- Review quotations and prepare tender responses, pricing, compliance documentation, and supporting materials.
- Clarify tender requirements, coordinate information from internal teams and subject matter experts, and meet response deadlines.
- Prepare technical drawings, schematics, rack layouts, cable schedules, and other solution documentation using CAD and Visio.
- Develop cost estimates, quotations, service pricing, and proposal options while assessing commercial and budgetary impacts.
- Review bids for technical suitability and commercial viability before submission.
- Support client requirements analysis, technical demonstrations, project handovers, sales solutioning, product updates, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Certifications from Crestron, Extron, and QSC are required as standard.
- At least 3 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role.
Work Schedule
- Work arrangement: Work From Home.
- Work hours: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM AEST.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Php 40,000–Php 60,000 per month.
