Role Overview

The role works with sales and technical teams to identify requirements, present technology solutions, prepare proposals, and support conversions.
The position is full time and based in a hybrid remote workplace in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and understand prospective customers' business requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and online or offline demonstrations.
- Explain products and solutions clearly and convincingly.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and solution details.
- Coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Handle queries about products, features, integrations, and pricing.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, follow-up, and requirement records.
- Participate in client meetings and solution presentations.
- Coordinate confirmed-customer handovers with internal teams.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
