Support customers in developing, transferring, and optimizing analytical methods using Agilent chromatography columns and consumables.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Product Management, and Global Application teams to address customer needs.
Provide customer feedback, market intelligence, and application insights to support product development and portfolio enhancement initiatives.
Support new product introductions and technical marketing activities.
Stay current with industry trends, regulatory developments, emerging analytical techniques, and competitive technologies.
Monitor application trends in chromatography and related analytical workflows.
Support business growth initiatives through identification of customer challenges and opportunities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant laboratory, applications, technical support, or customer-facing experience.
Hands-on experience with HPLC, UHPLC, LC/MS, GC, and/or GC/MS techniques.
Experience in method development, troubleshooting, and analytical workflow optimization.
Knowledge of chromatography consumables, sample preparation products, and related laboratory workflows is highly desirable.
