Manage vendor registration and pre-qualification submissions with ADNOC and other oil and gas clients.
Review tender requirements and ensure compliance with client pre-qualification criteria.
Prepare and submit required documents, forms, and supporting materials for pre-qualification and vendor approval.
Maintain and update the company’s pre-qualification and registration tracker.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments on pre-qualification clarifications and requirements.
Ensure timely renewals of registrations, certifications, and approvals.
Support the Sales and Business Development team with pre-qualification updates and approval status.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Three to five years of experience in pre-qualification or vendor registration within the oil and gas sector.
Experience with ADNOC is preferred.
Strong knowledge of documentation, compliance, and tendering requirements.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Immediate joining is preferred.
