- Prepare and manage pre qualification and registration documents for clients and vendors
- Coordinate with internal technical, commercial, and quality teams to collect supporting data and certificates
- Maintain up to date records in internal systems
- Support tender and business development activities from identifying bid opportunities to competitive bid submissions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical business field
- Strong analytical skills to review client requirements and assess technical data
- Quality Assurance experience, including familiarity with quality systems and documentation control
- Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple pre qualification tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Relevant exposure in Energy, Power & Water, or related industrial sectors in the UAE is a plus

Role Description
- The Pre Qualification Engineer / Coordinator is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.
- Core responsibilities include preparation and management of pre qualification and registration documents for clients and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal technical, commercial, and quality teams to collect supporting data, certificates, and maintain up to date records in internal systems.
- Extend tender and business development support from identifying bid opportunities up to competitive bid submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical business field.
- Strong Analytical Skills to review client requirements, assess technical data, and validate compliance.
- Quality Assurance experience, including familiarity with quality systems, documentation control, and compliance standards, will be a leverage.
- Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple pre qualification tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems; attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Relevant exposure in the Energy, Power & Water, or related industrial sectors in the UAE is a plus.
