Role Overview
Green Print is hiring a Pre-Press Designer and CTP Machine Operator for print file preparation, digital printing, and plate production.
Responsibilities
- Check artwork and print files.
- Prepare files and make design corrections when needed.
- Create print layouts using imposition.
- Operate the CTP machine and produce printing plates.
- Check print quality and correct errors.
- Operate Ricoh PRO C9200 and Canon C9010VP digital printers.
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain printing machines.
- Complete print jobs on time.
- Coordinate with design, prepress, and production teams.
- Keep the work area and machines clean.
- Reduce material waste and follow safety procedures.
- Maintain print job records and machine logs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in prepress, graphic design, or digital printing.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of prepress, file preparation, color management, and print production.
- Experience with CTP and digital printing machines is advantageous.
- Good attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
