Role Description
- The Pre & Post Sales Engineer – PTC Solutions is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- This role focuses on PTC CAD and PLM portfolio (Creo, Windchill, Mathcad, and other PTC products) and supports the complete sales cycle: from technical discovery and pre‑sales consulting to post‑sales support and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Work with the sales to identify opportunities for PTC solutions within industrial accounts.
- Understand client requirements and map them to PTC products (Creo for CAD, Windchill for PLM, Mathcad for engineering calculations, etc.).
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and presentations for decision makers and engineering teams.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Engineering / Pre‑Sales / Application Engineering for engineering software, preferably PTC solutions.
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills: able to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders and engineers.
- Ability to work on‑site in UAE, manage multiple client engagements, and collaborate closely with sales and technical teams.
