Pre-Op Hygiene Supervisor - Night Shift

Lead and inspire a dedicated team of cleaners to achieve top-tier hygiene standards daily.

Sign off on pre-op tasks in collaboration with the QA team, including scheduled and periodic cleans.

Drive a high-performance culture through mentoring, cross-training, and positive communication.

Conduct daily pre-start meetings to ensure the team is aligned with production and safety requirements.

Manage chemical usage and safety documentation (Beakon) to maintain a secure working environment.

Investigate hygiene-related issues and play a key role in process improvements and RCAs.

Work 4 10-hour shifts a week from 6pm to 4am

Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally within food manufacturing or a similar hygiene-critical industry.

Strong understanding of GMP, sanitation practices, and chemical safety.

The ability to work rotational fortnightly shifts, including every second weekend (6 pm - 4 am).

A proactive communicator who can build positive relationships with QA and Production teams.
