Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with providers to maintain an efficient schedule and maximize patient care opportunities.
Promote continuous improvement while achieving practice goals for patient satisfaction, team engagement, and financial success.

Minimum of 2 years of dental practice management experience required.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance.
Knowledge of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance, and patient care management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions that drive results.
Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
