Key skills for this role
Working approximately 38 hours per week (with some flexibility), you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinic while supporting strategic growth, operational excellence, and exceptional patient care.
Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and continues to deliver outstanding healthcare services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the smooth daily operations of the practice
Coordinate and liaise with doctors and healthcare professionals
Lead, mentor, and manage administration and nursing staff
Monitor accounts, budgets, finance management, and IT systems
Deliver exceptional patient service and communication
Drive business development with a focus on Occupational Health services
Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in a similar Practice Manager role
Previous experience within General Practice or Occupational Health (highly regarded)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
A strong commitment to customer service
Good computer and administrative skills
Experience using medical software (desirable but not essential)
Current CPR Certificate
