We're a robust Victorian Government statutory authority that's making an impact.As we continue an exciting chapter of growth, we are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Dispute Resolution leadership team as Practice Manager, Conciliation (Operations & Performance). In this senior role, you will create the conditions for high performance, accountability and operational excellence, leading the delivery of efficient, sustainable and high-quality dispute resolution services that achieve strong outcomes for injured workers and stakeholders.We are currently recruiting for two complementary Practice Manager positions within Dispute Resolution and are seeking leaders who can work in close partnership to co-lead the Division through a period of growth, transformation and continuous improvement. Working collaboratively with the Practice Manager (Quality & Stakeholder Engagement), you will ensure consistent leadership practices, performance expectations and accountabilities across the Division while fostering an engaged, high-performing and values-led workforce.You will lead operational performance, workforce planning, service optimisation and resource management across the Conciliation function, using data-driven insights to manage demand, build workforce capability and deliver service excellence. This is a unique opportunity for a collaborative and outcomes-focused leader to shape the future of Dispute Resolution, drive operational improvement and contribute to WIC's reputation as a trusted provider of accessible and independent dispute resolution services. Who we're looking for:To succeed in this role, you will have:Senior-level leadership experience leading, developing and empowering a leadership cohort within a complex legislative framework.Demonstrated experience leading cultural change, organisational improvement and/or transformation initiatives.Proven ability to influence engagement, performance and behavioural outcomes through leadership.Experience driving organisational change within complex or highly regulated environments.Proven experience building, developing and sustaining leadership capability and fostering high-performing teams driven to achieve operational and strategic objectives.Strong operational and people leadership capability with a demonstrated ability to build high-performing, engaged and accountable teams while delivering strategic outcomes.
