Responsibilities And Duties

  • Maintain and strengthen public image by fostering professional relationships with media, event organizers, academic institutions, and business partners.
  • Develop and execute integrated PR and marketing campaigns that align with the company s mission and objectives.
  • Create compelling, on-brand content for press releases, articles, speeches, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights to guide campaigns.
  • Build innovative, multi-channel campaigns based on the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Define and manage media plans, with a strong focus on social and digital channels.
  • Brief and collaborate with the design team on creative assets for online and offline campaigns, ensuring high-converting, visually engaging results.
  • Manage and grow presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Snapchat), tailoring content to platform-specific user behavior.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying best-performing visuals and strategies to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Represent company at conferences, conventions, and public engagements to drive brand visibility and partnership opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with PR best practices and ethical standards.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance, PR outcomes, and key initiatives.

Qualifications And Key Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in PR, marketing, or a related role, ideally within healthcare, technology, or innovation sectors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proven creative storytelling ability, with a natural talent for crafting engaging brand narratives.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer behavior, market trends, and media planning.
  • Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Proficiency in social media management, analytics tools, and digital campaign optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Solution-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Interpersonal skills that inspire trust and collaboration.
  • A sense of humor and the ability to bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to life.
