Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen Avey’s public image by fostering professional relationships with media, event organizers, academic institutions, and business partners.
- Develop and execute integrated PR and marketing campaigns aligned with company mission and objectives.
- Create compelling, on brand content for press releases, articles, speeches, social media, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights to guide campaigns.
- Build innovative, multi channel campaigns based on latest industry trends and technologies.
- Define and manage media plans with a strong focus on social and digital channels.
- Brief and collaborate with design team on creative assets for online and offline campaigns.
- Manage and grow Avey’s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Snapchat).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize engagement and conversion.
- Represent Avey at conferences, conventions, and public engagements to drive brand visibility.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with PR best practices and ethical standards.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, PR outcomes, and key initiatives.
Requirements
- Exceptional academic performance (honours, Dean's List, top class rankings)
- At least 5 years of experience in PR, marketing, or related role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven creative storytelling ability
- Strong knowledge of consumer behavior, market trends, and media planning
- Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solution focused mindset with problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage

- Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast paced, startup like environment.
- Proficiency in social media management, analytics tools, and digital campaign optimization.
