About the Role
We are looking for a Communications Executive (PR Executive) to manage client accounts, build media relationships, and execute PR strategies in Riyadh. The role requires 1-2 years of PR/marketing experience, strong communication skills, and Arabic speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Successfully handle multiple client accounts, build strong client relationships, and manage client requirements
- Work closely with the Communications Manager to support client needs and deliverables
- Contribute to the formation of new ideas and PR strategies for clients
- Develop creative concepts and identify opportunities to enhance client visibility
- Maintain strong media and influencer relations, securing editorial coverage and collaborations
- Draft and distribute communications materials, including press releases, press kits, and collateral
- Develop and secure media placements for client stories across relevant platforms
- Support in conceptualizing and executing press events, activations, and client campaigns
- Produce and present monthly press coverage reports to clients as required
- Regularly attend key media and industry events to build relationships and expand media network
- Proactively establish and maintain positive relationships with press, media, and influencers
- Stay informed about industry trends and contribute ideas to enhance client strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 2 years of PR/Marketing experience or related field
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Arabic speaking is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Press and social media contacts are a plus
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong work ethic
- Creative thinker with excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel for work as required
