Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify reactive opportunities and develop campaigns that generate media impact.
• Manage the press trip programme, secure media and coordinate destination itineraries.
• Host journalists and work with local operations teams.
• Build relationships across travel, lifestyle and influencer media.
• Manage media enquiries, brief spokespeople and write press releases and pitches.
• Support consumer campaigns, activations and media events.
• Develop stories that resonate with the UK audience.

Experience and Skills

• At least three years of public relations experience.
• Strong storytelling ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Some knowledge of the travel industry and travel media.
• Foundational understanding of consumer-facing media.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Workplace and Compensation

• This is a full-time permanent position based out of the Intrepid Travel office in Brixton.
• The role offers flexibility to work two days per week from home.
• The salary is up to £35,000 annually.
