- Lead and supervise daily PPF operations and technicians
- Ensure all vehicles are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
- Plan and allocate work efficiently across the team
- Conduct final quality inspections before vehicle delivery
- Train, coach, and develop PPF technicians and installers
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and adherence to company standards
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials
- Coordinate with Operations, Service Advisors, and Management to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment
- Handle technical challenges and provide solutions to complex installations
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
- Previous experience leading a team of technicians
- Advanced knowledge of full body PPF applications and complex installations
- Ability to train and mentor technicians
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines
- UAE industry experience is must
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and hands on PPF Team Leader to lead our Paint Protection Film (PPF) operations team.
