Responsibilities
- Ensure progress of all production processes in accordance with established manufacturing procedures and quality standards
- Plan and coordinate activities of individual sections to manufacture as per monthly schedules
- Give feedback to production supervisor about production difficulties and material shortages
- Coordinate with store for issue of required production materials and excess/left over/scrap materials
- Resolve difficulties during the working day to ensure smooth operation
- Coordinate with other sections to maintain smooth production flow
- Ensure all required safety precautions are taken for safe operation and personnel
- Issue planned output with allocated hours and manpower in relevant section
- Report machine breakdown to maintenance department and non conforming products to QA department
- Ensure downtimes are minimized and quality is at highest possible levels
Requirements
- 7 to 12 years of relevant experience
- Experience in power transformer manufacturing
- Knowledge of production processes and quality standards
- Ability to plan and coordinate production activities

Role Overview
- Urgently required for a leading Power Transformer & Switchgear Manufacturing, Project Management & Service Providing Company located at Industrial City of Dammam in Saudi Arabia.
- Ensure the progress of all production processes of the related section in accordance with the company's established manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
