Requirements
- Proven experience with power tool repairs (brands like Makita, DeWalt, Bosch, etc. a plus)
- Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and part diagrams
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for inventory and service logging
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
