Power Platforms Development Lead

The Power Platforms Development Lead is responsible for designing, testing, and developing well-designed web-based software code that is testable and efficient, using best software development practices to meet user needs. This role involves recommending software upgrades for current and future systems, translating User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) design wireframes, ensuring software continues to function normally through software maintenance and testing, and documenting every aspect of the application, service, or environment as a reference for future maintenance and upgrades.

• Provide project and product oversight while managing application development schedules based on client priorities.
• Define and recommend application architecture improvements.
• Design, test, and develop well-designed web-based software code that is testable and efficient.
• Utilize best software development practices to meet user needs.
• Recommend software upgrades for current and future systems.
• Translate User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) design wireframes into functional web applications.
• Ensure software continues to function normally through software maintenance and testing.
• Document every aspect of the application, service, or environment for future reference and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Write clean, well-documented, and scalable code.
• Debug and resolve technical issues to maintain the performance and security of web applications.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the application remains current and competitive.

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience
