Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot Studio
- Develop and maintain data models, semantic models, reports, dashboards, automations, and AI-enabled solutions following established standards and best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to understand requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs
- Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities prior to production deployment
- Support deployment, release management, and transition activities for Power Platform, Fabric, and Copilot Studio solutions
- Monitor, support, and enhance existing analytics and AI solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and ongoing business value
- Ensure solutions comply with established security, governance, compliance, access control, and data protection requirements
- Partner with IT teams, business users, Microsoft support, and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues, implement enhancements, and support operational activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guidance materials, support procedures, and contribute to incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
