Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Specialist with 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and dashboard development.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, SQL, and advanced reporting solutions, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Create data models, DAX calculations, KPIs, and visualizations for business reporting.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query and ETL processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop automated reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Optimize Power BI dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Integrate Power BI with various databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Conduct data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Provide analytical support and recommendations based on business trends and performance metrics.
- Train end users and support teams on dashboard usage and reporting tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and business intelligence.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service
- DAX and Power Query
• SQL Server And MySQL And PostgreSQL
- Data modeling and ETL processes
- Experience creating advanced dashboards and automated reports.
- Knowledge of Python or R for analytics is an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure services is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting projects in a fast-paced environment.
