Power BI Developer

Make an impact: Create reporting and insight that directly supports business decisions.

Own your solutions: Take work from initial business question through to delivery and improvement.

Help shape our approach: Influence reporting standards, governance and self-service capabilities.

Keep developing: Build your expertise across Power BI and the wider Microsoft data environment.

Strong Power BI experience, including dashboards, reports and semantic models.

Excellent DAX skills and good SQL knowledge.

Strong understanding of data visualisation and dimensional modelling.

Experience with Power BI Service, row-level security and report deployment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to different audiences.

Experience using Git and version control.

Experience with Azure Data Platform technologies, Power Query, data governance, Agile delivery or Azure DevOps would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.

Proven experience developing Power BI reporting solutions, gathering stakeholder requirements and creating operational or management dashboards using data from multiple sources.
