- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for operational and strategic reporting.

- Implement automated data refreshes and reporting workflows.

- Build strong relationships with business teams to enhance reporting adoption.

- Lead, mentor, and develop Business Intelligence and reporting teams.
