About the Role
Marcom Arabia is seeking a Power BI Data Analyst for a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh. The analyst will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, collect and clean data, perform data modeling, and translate business requirements into visualizations.

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Create and optimize data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Connect Power BI to multiple data sources, including SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reports and dashboards.
- Monitor report performance and optimize dashboards for speed and scalability.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and executive level reporting dashboards.
- Automate recurring reports and data refresh processes.
- Support users by providing training, troubleshooting, and guidance on Power BI reports.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner.
Requirements
- Experience in Data Analysis
- Experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Knowledge of Tableau and other Business Intelligence tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, insights, and business recommendations
- Experience working with databases and writing queries (SQL)
- Knowledge of using Artificial Intelligence tools for data analysis while maintaining data privacy and confidentiality
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Power Query (M Language)

Position Overview
- The Power BI Data Analyst is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The individual will design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support marketing, event management, and business decision making.
- Day to day responsibilities include collecting and cleaning data from multiple sources, performing data modeling, and translating business requirements into insightful visualizations.
