Responsibilities
- Perform surface preparation, masking, and powder coating of metal components
- Operate the powder coating booth and curing oven
- Ensure high quality coating finish and compliance with production standards
- Carry out basic welding and fabrication work (MIG/TIG preferred)
- Assist with grinding, polishing, and finishing of fabricated products
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects
- Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and safe
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in powder coating
- Experience with steel and stainless steel fabrication
- Basic to intermediate welding skills (MIG/TIG preferred)
- Ability to read simple fabrication drawings is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment
