We are looking for an experienced **Powder Coating Operator** to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for operating powder coating machines, preparing metal surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishing standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain powder coating machines.
- Prepare and clean surfaces before coating.
- Apply powder coating materials according to specifications.
- Monitor curing ovens and ensure temperature accuracy.
- Inspect coated products to ensure proper thickness and finish quality.
- Follow company safety and quality control procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Powder Coating Operator.
- Good knowledge of powder coating processes and equipment.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
