Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Manage post-production from ingest through delivery across brands and content formats.
• Allocate projects, balance editor workloads, and oversee timelines, versioning, and delivery schedules.
• Provide creative and performance feedback while maintaining storytelling and visual quality.
• Coordinate with producers, strategists, and account managers on expectations, progress, and dependencies.
• Align the team with creative and delivery KPIs and lead regular post-production meetings.
• Integrate AI tools for editing efficiency, asset management, and version control.
• Mentor junior editors, help define roles, and shape scalable workflows.
• Maintain an organized archive and clear delivery documentation.

Requirements

• Bring 3–5 or more years of post-production experience; agency, direct-to-consumer, or social-first experience is preferred.
