The position and workforce management analyst, under general supervision, performs complex work with minimal decision-making discretion supporting position allotments, position exchanges, and funding processes. Employee works collaboratively with fund owners, principals, and human resources. Employee performs district-level support work to carry out Board of Education policies under the direction of the Director of Workforce Management.

Monitor and adjust funding sources as needed
Monitor hired staff versus available allotments; collaborate with human resources as needed
