Currently, we have an opening for a Portfolio Performance Specialist. The Portfolio Performance Specialist serves as the analytical and governance backbone of our Parts & Services portfolio and service contract business, ensuring commitments are understood, performance is measured, profitability is protected, and meaningful action is driven through data and insight. Through contract governance, CRM enablement, performance analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives, this role supports informed decision-making and helps optimize business performance across the organization.

Reinforce data integrity by reviewing agreed scopes, pricing, indexation, rates, commercial terms and identifying discrepancies against actuals to coordinate and facilitate improvements with internal stakeholders.
Initiate and coordinate change control processes, contract variations, and commercial escalations while tracking actions through to resolution.
Facilitate the award-to-delivery handover process, ensuring contractual commitments and commercial requirements are accurately transferred to execution teams.
Understand cost, margin, risk, precedent, and historical performance analysis to support strategic business decisions, pricing reviews, contract renewals, and portfolio planning.
Support CRM governance by establishing, auditing, and improving standards, while providing training and guidance to strengthen data quality and compliance in Parts & Services.

Analyze win rates, lost opportunities, and project outcomes to identify trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of commercial offerings and business processes.

Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or relevant work experience.
Experience in contract administration, commercial operations, performance analysis, compliance, finance, or a related field is an asset.
Mining or industrial services experience, particularly involving maintenance or service contracts, is an asset.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial and operational data, identify discrepancies, and develop actionable insights.
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, process consistency, and commercial compliance.
Ability to work collaboratively across sales, service, finance, and operational teams.
Flexible and self-motivated, with demonstrated initiative and sound judgment.
Highly developed time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Valid passport and ability to travel as needed.
