Requirements

- Ability to work on site in Dubai with flexibility for client meetings and property viewings
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related discipline preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage

Role Description
- The Portfolio Manager Sales role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of luxury real estate properties, overseeing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and maintaining long term client relationships.
- Day to day tasks include meeting with prospective buyers and sellers, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating terms.
- Monitor market trends, support business planning for their portfolio, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high quality customer service.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports, and actively contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, property performance, and pricing strategies.
- Business Planning and Sales Operations skills to manage portfolios, forecast sales, and optimize the sales process.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, address client needs, and deliver a premium buying experience.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, portfolio management, or a related field, preferably in luxury properties.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, with flexibility for client meetings and property viewings.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software for reporting and documentation.
