- Source and secure new properties for sale and leasing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners
- Manage an active portfolio of residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property valuations and listing presentations
- Ensure all listings are accurate, up to date, and professionally marketed
- Coordinate with internal sales and leasing teams to maximize exposure and conversions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and property documentation
- Achieve monthly KPIs and portfolio acquisition targets
- Stay informed on Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience in portfolio management, leasing, or sales
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self motivated and target driven

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience in portfolio management, leasing, or sales.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self motivated, target driven, and eager to grow.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
