- Assess growth performance and identify underlying drivers of success or underperformance
- Evaluate marketing, sales, and commercial functions to identify capability gaps
- Support identification, recruitment, and development of exceptional commercial talent
- Contribute to high impact initiatives including AI, acquisitions, automation, analytics, and new ventures
- Act as trusted strategic adviser, providing constructive challenge and objective analysis

- We are seeking a commercially driven Portfolio Growth Officer to help strengthen performance, unlock growth opportunities, and create greater alignment across the portfolio.
The Opportunity
- We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Growth Officer to provide independent commercial insight, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen capability across a diverse portfolio of businesses.
- This is a highly strategic role that combines commercial analysis, talent assessment, operational insight, and trusted advisory support.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Intelligence: Build deep understanding of each business, develop visibility, evaluate performance indicators.
- Commercial Performance: Assess growth performance, challenge assumptions, support leaders in improving results.
- Growth Capability: Evaluate marketing, sales, and commercial functions; assess leadership strength.
- Talent & Leadership: Support identification, recruitment, and development of commercial talent.
- Strategic Projects: Contribute to AI, acquisitions, automation, analytics, and new ventures.
- Founder Advisory: Act as trusted strategic adviser, provide constructive challenge and clear recommendations.
