- Assess leadership strength and determine where additional expertise or resources may be required
- Support identification, recruitment, and development of exceptional commercial talent across the portfolio
- Contribute to high impact initiatives including AI, acquisitions, automation, analytics, and new ventures
- Act as a trusted strategic adviser, providing constructive challenge, objective analysis, and clear recommendations

The Opportunity
- We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Growth Officer to provide independent commercial insight, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen capability across a diverse portfolio of businesses.
- You will develop a deep understanding of each company, challenge assumptions, assess commercial performance, and ensure leadership teams have the people, systems, and strategies required to deliver sustainable growth.
- This is a highly strategic role that combines commercial analysis, talent assessment, operational insight, and trusted advisory support.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Intelligence: Build a deep understanding of each business, including its commercial model, market positioning, customer journey, and growth drivers.
- Develop meaningful visibility across the portfolio to identify opportunities, trends, and emerging challenges.
- Evaluate performance indicators to support informed decision making.
