Support commercially sustainable, efficient, and customer-focused shipping and marine services.
Commercial strategy and markets
- Develop maritime commercial strategies aligned with revenue, profitability, growth, and market objectives.
- Analyze shipping markets, freight trends, vessel supply and demand, competitors, customers, and trade flows.
- Identify new markets, services, customers, partnerships, and revenue-growth opportunities.
Vessels and economics
- Support vessel deployment and commercial utilization decisions through market and profitability analysis.
- Analyze voyage economics, freight rates, operating costs, port costs, fuel costs, and expected margins.
- Work with chartering and operations teams to optimize vessel utilization and performance.
Contracts and relationships
- Develop and negotiate charter-party agreements, service contracts, transportation agreements, and other commercial arrangements.
