Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance and repair activities for DP vessels
- Monitor vessel performance and oversee inspections
- Coordinate with ship management and operations teams
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and reports
- Schedule dry dockings and repairs
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Participate in safety initiatives and adhere to company procedures
Requirements
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair, with experience planning and supervising technical work on DP vessels or similar marine assets
- Experience in Ship Management, including coordination with operations, technical documentation, and compliance with marine regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of Vessel Operations and the Marine Industry, ideally within offshore oil and gas or related sectors
- Proficiency in Inspection activities, including condition assessments, safety checks, and reporting
- Relevant technical qualification in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture, or equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with Dynamic Positioning systems, classification society rules, and international maritime regulations
- Strong problem solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work in a multicultural, safety focused environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

- The Port Engineer – DP is a full time, on site role supporting technical readiness and safe operation of DP vessels.
